Setting Boundaries

The only way to set boundaries is by getting to know ourselves better, learning to give ourselves love and mental and physical care. We need to accept what we like about ourselves and correct what we don’t like. Once we learn this, we will be ready to establish boundaries and become more selective in the personal and professional areas. We will learn to choose the right people we want in our lives, whether personally or professionally. We will no longer tolerate anyone manipulating, using, or harming us.
