How to let go of what harms us?

To let go of what is harming us personally, professionally, or in any area of our lives, we must first ask ourselves: Why are we in this situation? Are we afraid of abandonment or losing a job? Do we fear being left without money or being robbed? What are we afraid of that makes us decide to stay where we are hurt? Because of this, it is important to uncover the fear we have, face it, and make a decision to set aside the tormenting fear. Does anyone else have a different opinion on this? I would like to hear your comments.
